One months notice in writing is required for all cancellations or date changes and every student must accept these terms when booking. We cannot move your seat or provide a refund less than 30 days of your course commencing.

You have a 7 day cooling off period from the day you make your booking. During this time you can have a full refund providing you return any goods supplied in original condition.

Your course seat may not be resold or advertised elsewhere without the prior written consent of Networks Inc. Ltd.

Please make sure you clear your diary of any family or work commitments BEFORE booking your seat on the Cisco course.
