Instalment Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Your deposit is non-refundable so please ensure you have cleared your diary for the weekends of the boot camps you book.

2. You can change your mind up to 30 days after booking on the course but after this time you will be unable to change your course dates or part payment agreement.

3. If you fail to meet the 2nd or subsequent payments or fail to attend the course the full remaining amount will fall due immediately. You will be required to pay the full amount within 30 days.

4. We reserve the right to add 15% onto the amount outstanding to cover collection costs if you fail to meet your monthly payments. If you have taken a free CCNA course as part of the offer or a discounted course we reserve the right to charge you the full price of that course.

5. You MUST be a currently certified CCNA Routing BEFORE you attend the CCNA specialisations or CCNP.

6. We reserve the right to decline your part payment application if for any reason we feel you would not be suitable to give this facility to. If we decide this you will be refunded your deposit.

Please Note: Should you decide to cancel your Cisco Passport, you will be eligible for a full refund minus £75 + VAT to cover our costs. Condition 1 above will still apply and you will be charged for any courses you have attended at full face value (CCNA is £497 + VAT, CCNP is £797 + VAT for each module). Any course materials already received will also be deducted and will include the cost of shipping.

(By going ahead with the purchase of the Cisco Passport (CCNA or CCNP) you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions laid out above).

The full investment for the CCNA passport is £1247 + £50 booking fee plus VAT which is £1523.98 (at 17.5% VAT).

The full investment for the CCNP passport is £2997 + £50 plus VAT which is £3580.26 (at 17.5% VAT) in total.
